5 Wardrobe icons I’m currently lusting after

The title of this piece may make a few eyeballs roll backward, "what is she thinking? Who's shopping right now? The only thing I'm buying is food!" I hear you, but try and stay with me; this too shall pass, and when it does we will be slowly resuming a new daily life. In order to put our best foot forward while we inch back into the world, it'd be nice to feel good too. We are already moving towards a more conscious way of living and consuming goods, and retail is getting a little shake-up too. While some are leaving fast-fashion hauls behind and buying smart, others are taking stock of what they have and what they really need, (are you still with me? I thought you might be.) With the intention to shop well, I am investing in these key wardrobe icons that will serve me well and good, come what may.

I'll See You When We Get There

Ahhh, jewelry. The one item in our arsenals which pull an ensemble together, swiftly. From micro-trends like the '90s choker look to the curb chain, one trend we see standing the test of time is layering. A Little Denim Never Hurt Nobody

We all have a pile of jeans we rely on, and a plethora of separates we ritualistically pair with them. However, I feel like a denim jumpsuit like this tibi number is a bit of an unsung hero. Pair with sneakers on the weekend for laid back cool, or wear with a pair of kitten-heel mules to all those quarantine birthdays we will be celebrating.
