7 steps to manifesting your future

We are constantly creating and shaping the world around us by our thoughts and beliefs. This is better known as manifesting, and whether we realize we’re doing it or not, it can be a very powerful thing! 

Manifestation is like magic; you have to believe in order for it to work! If you’re ready to harvest the power of manifestation and make your dreams a reality, you must start your new journey by incorporating these seven important steps below.

Step one

Have a clear and concise vision of what you want.

In order to successfully manifest your future, you must know what exactly you want -- it’s all about the details! Start by creating a list of ten specific things you want.

Step two

Ask the universe what it is you want.

The truth is until you try, you don’t know what you can’t do! Hence, ask the universe anything and everything! Don’t hold back, but also remember to have clear and detailed requests. 

Refrain from using words like “I want”, “I hope”, or “I wish”, but rather speak in the present tense as if you already have what you want: “I am” or, “I have.”  

Just like it’s written in the Bible: “therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours." 

This step can be done through writing a letter to the universe, meditating, using a vision board or simply visualizing. 

Step three

Do the work to help achieve these goals.

Like Rhianna says “work, work, work, work, work, work” and in doing so will significantly increase your chances of getting exactly what you want.

Step four

Have faith in your manifestation and learn to trust the entire process. 

No negative Nancy’s allowed over here! The manifestation process is all about having faith that everything will work out exactly how it’s supposed to, therefore it’s important you trust the process and keep your spirits high.

If you catch yourself having any doubts, remind yourself “I trust and love the universe, I know you have my back and I am getting closer to my goals each day.”  

And remember, you really have to believe it, so repeat that saying as many times as you need to until you feel reassured. 

Step five

Be willing to receive and acknowledge what’s being presented to you by keeping an open-mind.

The universe is always giving you nudges and signs (whether you realize it or not). Sometimes these signs can come in unexpected ways, that’s why it’s important to keep an open-mind and start to think that everything is happening is for a reason.

An easy way to track this is by journaling events that happened at the end of each day.  

Step six

Keep the good vibes and positivity flowing.

Like attracts like, these are rules to live by when using The Law of Attraction! You attract what you’re sending out, whether you’re thinking it or saying it out loud. In order to get more of what you want you have to raise your vibrations by staying positive and grateful. 

How can this be done? It’s simple, do things that bring you lots of joy, you want to feel good so take a few minutes out of each day to do something you love. 

Step seven

Clear any resistance.

If your manifestations haven't been received or you’re not on the right path yet, this might mean you’re resisting what the universe is offering. There are different forms of resistance such as: doubt, anger, fear and stress for example, all of which are completely normal to feel, but you have to make sure you’re asking for a clear goal and remind yourself to trust in the universe and stay positive.
